TOMY Group Family Day was held on August 2, 2024!
The theme for this year’s Family Day, which marks TOMY’s 100th anniversary, was “100th Anniversary Grand Appreciation Festival!!” To show our special appreciation to the employees who have supported the TOMY Group, as well as the families who support them, we prepared a program that allowed participants to experience the Group’s many types of Asobi in an office decorated like a festival!
Around 230 people, including children, partners, and parents of TOMY Group employees, participated in the event, which allowed them to deepen their understanding of employees’ jobs and workplaces, as well as to interact with the employees’ superiors and colleagues. In addition to Asobi areas for each age group and office tours, we also held a “Let’s Keep Going for Another 100 Years! Thinking About Future Asobi!” 100th anniversary special program that was enjoyed by all ♪
